Why?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis seems to be a fairly frequent problem.  You could delete the<br \/>\nDSLPHI32.DSK file from your BIN folder or you can go to Borland&#8217;s<br \/>\nCodeCentral page and download the binary file(includes source) #<br \/>\n15483.  This file will reset the visible values so the next time you<br \/>\nrun Delphi, the menu window will display.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A2:<\/strong><br \/>\nClose Delphi Application.<br \/>\nEdit the Delphi32.dsk file, find the visible property then set to 1 to show the window.<br \/>\nThen Run Delphi again&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Q: Delphi 5 looses tool bar &#038; menu on occasion.
