No Menu in Delphi5 IDE

\nIt’s a known bug.
\nWorkaround is easy.
\nOpen the .DSK file with any text editor (like notepad). It’s in the same
\nformat as .INI files.<\/p>\n

Just search section [Main Window] and set both Create and Visible to 1. Also
\ncheck Left,Top values that they’re not off screen:
\n[Main Window]
\nCreate=1
\nVisible=1
\nState=0
\nLeft=1
\nTop=-2<\/p>\n

Be sure to close Delphi before saving it.
